I had the honor of being featured on the YC & You podcast, where I discussed the innovative aspects of Yavapai College’s Bachelor of Science in Business program. This was an exciting opportunity to reflect on our approach to business education and share some of the ways we’re preparing students for success in today’s ever-evolving business landscape.

During the interview, I shared insights from my own career and educational journey, highlighting how our program equips students with both the theoretical foundation and practical skills they need to excel in business. We discussed the unique, fully online structure of the program, which makes it accessible to students from diverse backgrounds and locations. The program’s flexibility allows students to apply their learning to real-world scenarios, preparing them to navigate the challenges and opportunities of modern business environments.

One of the things I’m most proud of is how the program fosters a sense of community among our students. We’re committed to creating an environment where students can collaborate, innovate, and grow. Throughout the conversation, I had the opportunity to share inspiring stories of student achievements and highlight some of the community engagement initiatives we’re most passionate about, such as our interactive business mixers.
